7-Day Mindfulness Challenge for Kids

In today's world, we take part in so many activities. We juggle school, friends, family, sports practice, homework, and clubs. While these activities are fun and entertaining, we can also lose ourselves in too many distractions. This pack invites kids to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives and focus on intention, peace, and connection.

Within this packet are seven challenges, one for each day of the week, divided into three sections:
